This is an adjustable strap - shortest setting is approx 41 inches including hardware and longest setting is approx 63.5 inches - this is very long - one of the longest straps they have made. This is a thick strap - approx 1.5 inches wide. This could be used for a purse strap or even luggage / tote / duffle strap. Preowned, but good condition - has been used, but nothing major to note - everything is structurally sound. Hardware shows some scratches from normal us. Clips and hardware work great. No unpleasant odor - I am not the original owner, but my home is pet free and smoke free. All sales final.
