👜 This bag has NOT been permanently altered- the felt insert just sits inside the bag and the chain strap clips to that. I have shown what this looks like in the pictures towards the end of listing. 
👜 Preowned condition. Clasping mechanism works well - closes firmly. Epi in good shape - not pristine - some rubbing on corners / trim from normal use. Wrist strap is firmly attached. Interior large pocket and front drop in pocket are in good shape - nothing major to note. The interior lining right above the zipper does have some tearing / separation - please see photos - cannot be seen from the outside of the bag.
